Denise Rasku is the founder and principal consultant of Denise Trio LLC, where she partners with nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their work. With more than 15 years of experience serving faith-based organizations, Denise helps leaders move from vision to execution through strategic planning, project management, development strategy, and communications. Her work is shaped by deep ministry experience and a strong theological foundation. Denise has served alongside pastors, executive leaders, and boards across South Florida, supporting initiatives ranging from organizational growth and fundraising strategy to storytelling, Scripture engagement, and content development. She is known for her ability to translate complex goals into actionable plans while keeping mission and people at the center.
Denise is currently completing her Master of Divinity and brings a thoughtful, pastoral approach to consulting—one that values faithfulness, excellence, and long-term impact.
She lives in Pompano Beach, Florida, with her husband and their mini goldendoodle, Beau.
