Visiting Lecturer of Leadership

With a specialization in personal leadership, Dr. Jenson teaches, consults, and coaches in the overall principles and processes of leadership in the profit and non-profit sectors, including ministries and churches. He has a heart for mentoring, coaching, and general discipleship and that guides his teaching focus. The heart of Dr. Jenson’s work can be found in his book, Achieving Authentic Success, and it addresses key leadership aspects and is a general market book used along with other educational tools and assessments to drive biblically consistent principles into the culture (corporations, governments and other institutions). His book Taking the Lead touches on some broader leadership issues.

In recent years, Dr. Jenson has focused more attention on technology and social media and how it can be leveraged for ministry impact. He is working with cutting-edge ministries and businesses to utilize these tools (especially social media) to reach, connect, disciple and train individuals in their community and through the world.
