Al Jiron’s desire is to train up joyful servants of Christ who walk humbly and pray continually so that God will use them to reproduce disciples who will reproduce.
In addition to his administrative and teaching duties at Knox, he also serves as the teaching pastor of Palm Beach Baptist Church and is the North American Director for the Timothy Initiative church–planting ministry.
Al is the founder of Seminary Alternative. He is a frequent speaker at various pastor and leadership conferences. In past years he has served on staff with The Navigators and The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is an Associate Scout for the Kansas City Royals Baseball Club and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
