Refund Policy
A student who withdraws from the seminary or from individual courses receives a tuition refund based on the following schedule:
| WEEK OF CLASS | PERCENT OF REFUND |
| 1 | 100% |
| 2 | 80% |
| 3–4 | 60% |
| 5–6 | 40% |
| 7–8 | 20% |
| BEYOND 8 WEEKS | 0 |
The correlative time and monetary percentages will apply for Winter Term and Summer Term courses.
A student who changes from credit to audit after the first week will receive a percentage refund based on full tuition charges.
The effective date of withdrawal is the date the Registrar receives the official withdrawal form.
